Rockford Tagout, "Do Not Energize" - KYM-196

These tagouts are 2 7/8″ x 5 1/2″ x .055″ thick polyethylene material. They meet the requirements of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 for lockout/tagout. The reverse side of each tagout is the same.
