Scroll plate is drop forged of fine quality alloy steel and carefully case hardened
Thread flanks are ground on both sides
Teeth and guideways are hardened and ground


Each chuck is provided with:
1 Set of hard Top Jaws
1 Set of hard Master Jaws
1 Chuck wrench
1 Set of mounting bolts
Hex keys
Eye bolts for chuck sizes 15-3/4" and larger
#810-030 & 810-040 are supplied with 1 Set of hard solid ID jaws and 1 Set of hard solid OD jaws
