Unit has fine precision adjustment similar to surface gauge controlled by thumb screw allowing the most minute adjustment of Indicator without touching work or Indicator.
Base has powerful magnetic grip and will adhere firmly to round or flat surfaces with magnetic release.
1/4" stainless steel non-magnetic holding rod is 6" long, set in hardened ball socket setting which allows universal positioning of indicator.
Base finish is hammered blue. All other parts are plated or are of stainless steel.
